Sausage Casing Slippery Do I Remove Casing From Sausage?

Do I remove casing from sausage? - sausage casing slippery

Ok, this can be a dumb question, but seriously, I do not know - I cook some Italian sausage with potatoes cut into cubes and others, lies in a thin shell - or I'll remove it edible?

Its fully edible. It is the intestinal mucosa of pigs. Some people do not cut the envelope and filling is used to mix the meatloaf, and others. Most sausages are pre-mixed with garlic, parsley and cheese from a good combination of flavors, in addition to their hamburger meat pie level.

Make sure you chose the right flavor of the meat for dinner. Comes in a variety of flavorings, spices, etc.. Enjoy!

It depends what effect you are trying to achieve. It is edible, but if you think you have loose sausage with his father, it would be better to proceed and delete.
