The doctors are just set. An officer must be a doctor, and he is 8-10 years of college betfore entitled to a commission.

You have 3 options:
1) Go to college and spend their own money and many years to study in a field of medicine. And then try the Army as an officer in the force.
Join ROTC to pay for 2) and the military for your studies and earn the degree and the years when his contract officer, and should remain so for many years.
3) Joining the army as soldiers, and after all this time you can apply to become an officer and during that time as an ordinary person can learn, a doctor, but look for is if the army wanted a doctor after taking all tests based on the training, you could say that its more suited for something else.

You need a four-year degree to become an officer.

Medic (Army) / Nurse (Marina) added jobs, jobs unofficially. You may not be a leader and that those jobs. You only need a high school diploma to gain in the Army.

The Army has its own doctor, but you have to go through seven or eight years of college before you will be a qualified doctor.

Doctors and aid workers are fighting battalions and companies registered in the train level.
Or work in hospitals, helping nurses.
.
If you are an officer and in medical technology, then you need to go to nursing school nurse, or go to medical school to become a doctor.

Want to be a doctor? They call themselves the nurses and doctors. RN's what six years? PH, D, or MD is 8-12 years. Then you try to be accepted as official.
Otherwise, I a real doctor and his service in the royal troops in real situations. This option is not so difficult.
